10 Minute pastas: Bruschetta pasta

4 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped red onion
100g crumbled feta
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 crushed garlic clove
½ cup fresh basil leaves
- Cook pasta following packet instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients, except for the basil leaves. Season to taste.
- Toss through hot pasta with ½ cup fresh basil leaves.
